Special features: The fourth installment in Kilchoman's limited Genesis series, which documents the whisky's development from barley to bottle. This edition features exclusive barrel maturation in bourbon, cognac, and sherry casks—a first for cognac casks. Only Islay peat is used in the production, with the barley coming from Kilchoman (20 ppm peat content) and Port Ellen Maltings (50 ppm). Bottling is done without coloring or chill filtration, preserving the natural characteristics.
