Distilled from unpeated malt from its own barley, it matured for 13 years in two Oloroso Sherry Butts and was bottled at natural cask strength of 54.5%. With only 1,315 bottles, it is a coveted collector's item.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Warm aromas of dark caramel and ripe fig, accompanied by hints of roasted nuts and dried orange peel. Elegant sherry notes with a touch of leather and polished wood add depth and complexity.
• Palate: Velvety and full-bodied with lush sweetness from raisins, toffee, and candied dates. Spicy oak and a fine hint of cinnamon provide structure, while subtle notes of mocha and salted caramel ensure balance. A touch of almonds and dark chocolate recalls the maturation in real sherry casks.
• Finish: Long, warm, and harmonious with notes of vanilla, nuts, and slightly bitter orange zest. A fine impression of oak spice and sweet syrup lingers and fades slowly like a sunset over the Islay coast.
