Special features: This single pot still whiskey is made entirely from Wayward Irish Spirits' own grain. After partial malting, it is distilled at the Great Northern Distillery. Maturation takes place in several stages: first, for three months in ex-bourbon casks, then for over three years in ex-Bordeaux casks, and a small portion matures for another three months in ex-peated whiskey casks. The entire maturation takes place in the microclimate of the storehouse at the Lakeview Estate near Killarney.
