Distillery/Bottler:

Langatun continues a family tradition dating back to 1857. Since 2014, its whisky has been distilled in the historic granary in Aarwangen, while cask storage and maturation continue to take place in Langenthal.

Langatun distils slowly in small copper stills and combines this approach with carefully selected cask maturation. Langatun Distillery AG releases Cigar Malt as its own distillery bottling; Chardonnay white wine and Fino sherry casks define its cask composition.
