Lillet Blanc New Packaging
Special Features: Lillet Blanc is a delicate spirit from France, produced by Maison Lillet. This aperitif is based on a careful blend of 85% Bordeaux wines, primarily Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc, as well as 15% natural fruit liqueurs. The recipe has remained a secret for over 150 years and includes fruity aromas that arise from the maceration of orange and cinchona bark extracts. Additionally, Lillet Blanc is not chilled filtered and has a natural coloring, making it a unique experience.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: The nose presents floral notes with aromas of orange blossom, fresh mint, and vanilla.
- Palate: On the palate, flavors of candied oranges, orange blossom, honey, pine resin, and exotic fruits unfold.
- Finish: The finish is mild and harmonious, with subtle fruity undertones.
Distillery/Bottler: Maison Lillet, founded in 1872 in Podensac, France, produces Lillet Blanc, which is considered the oldest aperitif in the range. This characterful aperitif combines complexity and refinement and is the result of a highly regarded recipe that has been kept secret for generations. The combination of selected wines and natural infusions gives it its distinctive character.
