Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Fresh, grainy, and very clear with pronounced notes of sweet malt, light grain, and a hint of green fruits. Additionally, fine floral nuances and hints of honey and vanilla evoke fruity pear candies and freshly baked apple pie.
• Palate: On the palate, the whisky is soft and round for a New Make Spirit with distinct malt sweetness, notes of pear, light fruit, and a touch of honey. There are also notes of ripe bananas and dark cherries, combined with a creamy mouthfeel and subtle spicy accents.
• Finish: The finish is medium-long, clean, and mild with lingering grain notes as well as light sweetness and a clear, fresh aftertaste without sharpness.

Distillery/Bottler: The Lindores Abbey Distillery was founded in 2017 by Drew and Helen McKenzie Smith and is located on the historic grounds of Lindores Abbey in Fife, Scotland. It uses three copper pot stills from Forsyths, including a large wash still and two smaller spirit stills. The distillery is known for its innovative approach to spirit production, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques.
