Classic Cut 2025 is the ninth annual release in the series. It is bottled at 50.6%. Its maturation involved sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks as well as ex-bourbon casks. The “Golden Sunset” colour developed naturally during maturation.
The Cut-to-Discover concept is part of the 2025 edition and demonstrates how water influences its flavour profile. At full strength, milk chocolate and orange zest shape the profile. When diluted with water to around 40%, grapefruit and vanilla panna cotta emerge; after further dilution to around 20%, apple and lemon zest move to the fore.
