Marelia Aperitivo Likör

Volume: 0.7 litres | Alcohol content: 15% | Chill filtration: Yes | Colouring: Yes

Special Features:

Marélia Aperitivo brings together white peach, blood orange and grapefruit. Fruity sweetness and a gentle bitter note define this German aperitivo liqueur. Its vivid turquoise colour stands out through the clear bottle, which is decorated with gold coral and seaweed motifs.

This vegan liqueur has 15% alcohol. To make a spritz, mix two parts Marélia with three parts Prosecco and one part soda water over ice. Add an orange slice and fresh grapefruit zest to complete the drink. Store the bottle away from light to preserve its colour and aromas.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: On the nose, white peach, blood orange and grapefruit come together in a fruity aroma.
• Palate: On the palate, sweetness and citrus notes meet gentle bitterness.
• Finish: Slightly bitter citrus notes linger in the tart finish.

Distillery/Bottler:

Marélia is made by Destille Kaltenthaler GmbH in Westhofen, Rheinhessen. Managing director Felix Georg Kaltenthaler is a third-generation distiller who learned the craft at his parents’ wine estate. Alongside its own spirits, the family business develops products for clients. Its own brands include Kernstein and Revolte Rum; Marélia adds a fruit-forward aperitivo to the range.
