Special features: The Mars Komagatake IPA Cask Finish 2024 is a single malt whisky that has been refined in casks that were previously used for India Pale Ale (IPA). These casks were brewed at the nearby Minami Shinshu Beer Komagatake Brewery. This innovative cask maturation gives the whisky a fresh, vibrant aroma with citrus fruits and a sweetness reminiscent of grapefruit and lime. The spicy, pleasantly bitter finish makes it an excellent base for a highball.
