Aged in the deeply set and humid cellars of Sainte-Lheurine, one of the best terroirs of Petite Champagne, it unfolds an extraordinary aromatic profile and texture. The combination of new oak barrels and underground wooden vats supports the complex maturation.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Multi-layered aromas of yellow fruits reminiscent of airy apricot mousse, accompanied by dried orange peels, tobacco, old wood, honey, herbs, and a subtle hint of lavender – an olfactory journey through the nature of Sainte-Lheurine.
• Palate: Fresh orange peels open, followed by juicy mango and an impressive minerality reminiscent of a clear mountain stream or fine Burgundy white wine. Semi-dry notes of stone fruits like vineyard peaches unite with forest honey and fine spices. The distinctive limestone note gives the Cognac depth and harmony.
• Finish: Long-lasting, multifaceted, and pronounced, with the minerality remaining present and expressing the origin impressively.
