Special features: The Mhoba White 2025 is an extraordinary, unaged Pot Still Rum from South Africa, bottled in collaboration with Habitation Velier. Made from pure N49 sugarcane juice, a local variety from the Mpumalanga river valley in the northeast of the country, the juice is organically grown and manually pressed. Distillation takes place in handcrafted stills designed by the master distiller himself, followed by wild fermentation outdoors. With an impressive congeners content of 839.7 g/hlpa and an alcohol content of 66.2% vol., this rum presents itself as a powerful and intense distillate. Aromas of black olives and varnish transition to lush muscovado sugar and ripe bananas, while slightly smoky notes and citrus fruits in the finish provide freshness and lightness.

Under the leadership of Robert Greaves, a mechanical engineer, ten different varieties of Pure Single Sugarcane Rum are produced here. The entire production, from the cultivation of sugarcane to bottling, takes place on-site, with an emphasis on organic farming methods and traditional manufacturing processes.
