Special Features:

This anniversary edition combines Caribbean dark rum with a small proportion of Jamaican rum. It matures in American oak casks. Dark chocolate, roasted coffee and burnt sugar shape its character, complemented by vanilla and a subtle smoky spiciness.

The edition was created in 2025 to mark Motörhead's 50th anniversary. A total of 1,500 numbered bottles were released worldwide. A specially designed gift box forms part of the anniversary presentation, while the Motörhead logo features on the label. The rum is offered at 40% alcohol in 0.7-litre bottles.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Dark chocolate and roasted coffee lead on the nose.
• Palate: On the palate, caramelised sugar and vanilla mingle with smoky spice notes.
• Finish: Creamy vanilla and spicy oak linger on the finish.

Sweden's Live Brands Factory AB is behind the anniversary collection. The company develops food and drinks in collaboration with established brands and international artists. The Motörhead anniversary collection includes a Caribbean rum and a Highland Single Malt. The occasion has its roots in 1975, when bassist, singer and songwriter Ian Fraser “Lemmy” Kilmister founded the English band, whose music brought together rock, punk and heavy metal.
