Special Features:

This liqueur combines sweet raspberry fruit with rosemary’s fragrant, herbal spice. NORK Original Doppelkorn provides the base, with no artificial flavourings used. The contrast between fruit and herbal bitterness shapes the liqueur without overshadowing the berries’ sweetness.

Edition Dachboden is limited to 1,000 numbered bottles. The red liqueur is offered at 20% alcohol in 0.5-litre bottles. A red label and a wooden-topped closure complete the clear glass bottle.

Serve well chilled to enjoy the liqueur neat as a shot. Sparkling wine makes a suitable partner for a spritz, while tonic water or Sprite can be used for a long drink. As a natural product, it should be stored in a cool, dark place.

Distillery/Bottler:

NORK was founded by siblings Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer. After two years of development, they launched their first Korn grain spirit in October 2016. A crowdfunding campaign had already secured buyers for a large proportion of the first 300 bottles. Production began in Scheessel, between Bremen and Hamburg, where Hanschen Harm supported the young company with development and production.

Since mid-2019, NORK has worked with Feinkornbrennerei Sasse on its Korn spirits. Alongside Korn, the brand developed a range of liqueurs with combinations such as coffee and liquorice or lemon and ginger. Its first limited-edition liqueurs appeared in 2018. NORK excludes artificial flavourings and flavour enhancers from its products. Ann-Katrin Dallmeyer, a designer, also creates the brand’s visual identity.
