Outerspace Alien Head Vodka

Volume: 0.7 litres | Alcohol content: 40% | Chill filtration: Yes | Colouring: No

Special Features:

Outerspace brings its space theme into production with an unusual step: after five distillations, the vodka is filtered through meteorite material stated to be four billion years old. American corn is the base ingredient. The green glass bottle shaped like an alien head also reflects this theme in its design.

This clear, gluten-free vodka is offered at 40% alcohol in a bottle containing 0.7 litres. Its restrained flavour and smooth texture suit both ice-cold sipping neat and cocktails such as a Vodka Martini, Moscow Mule or Cosmopolitan.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose reveals light grain aromas with a hint of citrus fruit.
• Palate: The vodka feels silky and smooth on the palate. Subtle sweet nuances accompany its clean flavour.
• Finish: The finish is long-lasting, mild and refreshing, with no intrusive flavours.

Distillery/Bottler:

Jim Denoon, co-founder and co-owner of Outerspace, is behind the bottle concept. An engineer with experience in developing glass containers, he was responsible for both the three-dimensional design and the brand concept. The bottle is made from green-tinted glass, with attached black aluminium elements forming the eyes.

The vodka is produced in small batches in Iowa from American corn. The Marsalle Company is the manufacturer responsible for this bottling. Repeated distillation and final meteorite filtration connect the processing of the corn spirit with the brand’s space theme.
