Special features: The Verveine du Velay Jaune Liqueur from Pagès is a masterfully crafted herbal liqueur that has been produced since 1859 in the heart of Auvergne, France. It combines over 30 carefully selected plants, spices, and aromatic herbs, including the characteristic lemon verbena, which is cultivated, harvested, and hand-dried on the distillery grounds. The production process spans about 18 months and includes maceration, distillation in copper pot stills, and a minimum of 12 months aging in oak barrels.

The distillery places great importance on sustainability and organic farming; since 2021, the Verveine du Velay Jaune Liqueur has been made from 100% organically grown ingredients.
