Special Features:

This Polish single malt matured in virgin oak single cask 2536. It was bottled at 40%, and each bottle contains 0.7 litres. The whisky is chill-filtered and contains no added colouring.

The new oak shapes the whisky with toasted wood, vanilla and a distinct woody structure. Orange brings freshness, while toffee, caramel and honey round out the oak spice. Lighter notes of apple and pear also emerge alongside nuts and chocolate.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Creamy vanilla and toasted oak define the bouquet. Caramel, ripe orange and a hint of orange oil add sweet and fruity accents.
• Palate: On the palate, toffee and soft caramel combine with honey and woody spice. The texture is smooth and slightly waxy.
• Finish: Honey, mild sweetness and gentle spices linger in the harmonious finish, accompanied by a subtle echo of the virgin oak cask.

Paprocky Single Barrel is a Polish family project by Bartex Bartol. Each whisky in this limited series comes from a single virgin oak cask. Company founder Bogdan Bartol personally writes the individual cask number on every bottle. Paprocky releases the whisky from cask 2536 as an official bottling, and malted barley forms the basis of this single malt.
