Prinz Alte Wald-Raspberry
Special features: Prinz Alte Wald-Raspberry is a fruit brandy from Austria with an alcohol content of 41%. Produced by the Fein-Brennerei Thomas Prinz GmbH in Hörbranz, Vorarlberg, the fully ripe wild raspberries are harvested in summer and macerated. The double distillation process in the fine brandy method and the subsequent aging in wooden barrels give the product its golden-yellow color as well as an intense raspberry flavor. Natural fruit extracts are added for maturation, rounding out the profile.

Subsequently, aging in wooden barrels occurs, resulting in the golden-yellow color and the intense raspberry flavor. The combination of these processes, including the addition of natural fruit extracts, shapes the mature character of the fruit brandy.
