• Palate: The whiskey is soft and creamy on the palate, where fruity sherry sweetness meets dried fruit, nuts and gentle spice.
• Finish: The finish is dry and spicy, lingering with nutty notes while retaining an elegant structure.

Distillery/Bottler:

Niche Drinks in Derry sources and matures Irish whiskey for The Quiet Man and produces the brand's expressions there. The Quiet Man began as Ciaran Mulgrew's personal tribute to his father, John. He worked as a bartender in Cookstown and Belfast for more than 50 years and was known for his discretion as “The Quiet Man”, or “An Fear Ciúin”.
