Description
Redbreast whiskeys are venerable representatives of the traditional single pot still Irish whiskeys. Neither a blend nor a single malt, distillates from this complex Irish category are produced in a single distillery from malted and unmalted barley, distilled in a traditional copper pot still. As is typical of the Irish style, the Midleton Distillery also passes its vapors through the pot still three times.
