Special features: This mezcal is produced in the Oaxaca region of Mexico from 100% Espadín agave. The agaves are roasted in traditional earthen ovens, then ground with a tahona (stone mill) and fermented in open wooden containers with natural yeasts. The double distillation occurs in copper pot stills, resulting in an authentic and unadulterated flavor.
