With only 1,677 bottles worldwide, it is a coveted collector's item for connoisseurs and enthusiasts. The bottling is done without additives and without chill filtration, preserving the authenticity and depth of flavor.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Intense aromas of mahogany, vanilla, and honey, accompanied by fruity notes such as lime, banana, and grilled pineapple, as well as a hint of anise.
- Palate: Complex and elegant with a gentle honey sweetness, fresh sugarcane, and tropical fruits. Subtle spices and earthy notes add extra depth.

Distillery/Bottler: The Rhum J.M distillery, founded in 1845, is located in the north of Martinique at the foot of the Mont Pelée volcano. It is known for producing Rhum Agricole from its own sugarcane, which is pressed within an hour of harvesting to ensure the freshness of the juice. The volcanic soils and tropical climate provide ideal conditions for the production of high-quality rum.
