Harmonic Grace is a limited Roseisle bottling from the Diageo Special Releases 2025 and the oldest whisky released by the distillery to date. The whisky matured for 14 years in a combination of refill and rejuvenated casks, bringing together a fresh, green character with pastry, apple, vanilla and delicate spice.

This distillery bottling is offered at 55.9% in a bottle containing 0.7 litres. It is not chill-filtered and contains no added colouring.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose is gentle, green and fragrant, with soft vanilla sponge cake, caramelised apple tart, puff pastry and vanilla ice cream. A little water brings out rose petals or exotic herbs.
• Palate: The whisky is creamy, smooth and sweet on the palate. Butter cake and creamy vanilla are followed by lively acidity and peppery spice, accompanied by green, grassy, fruity and nutty layers.
• Finish: The finish is medium in length, clean and crisp, with white pepper shaping the nutty, spicy aftertaste.

Distillery/Bottler:

Roseisle Distillery in Speyside produces this single malt. Operated by Diageo, the distillery officially opened in 2010. At the time, it was the first new malt distillery of its size to open in Scotland for more than 30 years. Its facilities use distillation by-products to generate bioenergy. Diageo releases Harmonic Grace as a distillery bottling in the Special Releases 2025.
