Bottled at 48% alcohol content, it presents itself in natural color without the addition of coloring agents and without chill filtration.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Fresh pineapple slices and mango ice lead to enticing crème brûlée, pancakes drizzled with honey, and cinnamon rolls, rounded off with a hint of citrus peel.

Distillery/Bottler: The Scapa Distillery, founded in 1885, is beautifully located on Scapa Flow on the island of Mainland in the Orkney Islands. Known for its unique Lomond wash still, it produces whiskies with a characteristic honeyed flavor and less peat notes than many other island whiskies. The distillery exclusively uses used ex-bourbon barrels for maturation.
