The agaves are harvested by hand after seven years of ripening and are traditionally cooked in brick ovens. The entire production is carried out under female management, emphasizing the unique character of the tequila. With this new packaging, the high quality of the product remains unchanged.

After harvesting, a gentle processing in brick ovens and a double distillation takes place, highlighting the clear and balanced character of the tequila.
