Special Features: This single cask bottling comes from cask No. CM 304 and was released in April 2023 after 14 years of maturation. With only 220 bottles worldwide, it is an exceptionally rare edition. The whisky was bottled without coloring and not chill-filtered to preserve its natural character.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Fresh fruit blossoms and ripe pears meet hints of cantaloupe and sweet oak.
• Palate: Honey wax, warm honey, fine citrus notes, and a subtle pineapple sweetness unfold.
• Finish: Sweet with dominant pineapple and soft oak spice that lingers long.

Distillery/Bottler: Glen Moray was founded in 1897 on the site of a former brewery, whose origins date back to 1828. The distillery in the Speyside region has a tumultuous history with various ownership changes and modernizations. Today, Glen Moray belongs to the French group La Martiniquaise. The distillery is known for a versatile style shaped by experiments such as Wood Finishes – a practice that later became popular at Glenmorangie. The water for production comes from the River Lossie, while the malt is sourced from established maltsters. Production takes place with modern components such as a stainless steel mash tun and ten stainless steel washbacks that support the full flavor of the distillate.
