Special features: The Islay Rum Geal is a Pure Single Rum, produced by the Islay Rum Company in Scotland. This distillery is the first and only rum distillery on the Isle of Islay, founded in January 2022 in the Old Lemonade Factory in Port Ellen. The rum is produced without barrel aging and uses copper pot stills as well as double-retort stills, inspired by traditional Caribbean methods. With an alcohol content of 45%, the rum comes in a compact miniature bottle of 50 ml.
