The Liberator Tawny Port Finish - Batch 5 0.7L

Special features: This vatted malt whiskey combines two distinct single malts into a harmonious whole. 22% comes from the 15-year-old Cooley Distillery, complemented by 78% from the Great Northern Distillery. After maturing in bourbon casks, it receives a special finish in fresh tawny port casks, which, thanks to the O'Connell family's close relationship with a Portuguese winery, are refilled within a few weeks. The whiskey then matures for another nine to 12 months, keeping the cask optimally humidified. The bottling is limited to 1,000 bottles.
