After distillation, it matures for four years in carefully selected Oloroso sherry casks that have been medium toasted. This process gives it a complex and layered flavor profile. The distinctive hexagonal bottle is inspired by the basalt formations of the Giant's Causeway on the north coast of Ireland and reflects the modern as well as traditional character of this whiskey.
