Distillery/Bottler: The Boann Distillery, named after the Celtic river goddess Boann, is located in the Boyne Valley, County Meath, Ireland. As one of the few independent distilleries in Ireland, it combines traditional craftsmanship with modern sustainability. Through triple distillation in hybrid stills and maturation in its own vaulted cellars, whiskeys of the highest quality are produced. About half of the whiskey is distilled on-site, while the rest comes from established Irish producers.
