Special features: This limited-edition blended whisky from New Zealand combines carefully selected malt whiskies matured in two different cask types: European oak casks previously used to mature New Zealand red wine, and classic bourbon casks. Mathew and Rachael Thomson's small South Island craft distillery has been focusing on regional ingredients since 2014, experimenting with smoky notes characterized by peat and Manuka wood.
