Special features: This 12-year-old single malt whisky comes from the renowned James Sedgwick Distillery in Wellington, South Africa. Under the guidance of award-winning Master Distiller Andy Watts, the whisky was matured in a selection of older and younger American oak barrels. The warm South African climate conditions accelerate the aging process and give the whisky a special depth and complexity.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Inviting aromas of vanilla and honey, accompanied by a hint of smoke and dried fruits.
- Palate: Full-bodied and oily with notes of ripe tropical fruits, brown sugar, and a spicy pepper finish.
