Tobermory Malt Whisky

Wemyss Single Malt Whisky from the Tobermory Distillery. The independent bottling and blending company Wemyss Malts was founded in 2005 and is still run today by siblings William and Isabella Wemyss. William spent some time in the wine industry of France and was inspired by French winemakers. Isabella works as a master blender and is responsible for the selection and composition of the whiskies for Wemyss. The rest of the Wemyss clan is largely involved in the whisky industry, notably the well-known whisky expert and author Charlie McLean. Charles MacLean himself is personally responsible for the cask selection of the Single Cask Range. Each single cask bottling carries a name that illustrates the aroma of the respective whisky.

This single malt from Wemyss, with the nickname Heliotrope Fancy, comes from the Tobermory Distillery. A 14-year-old hogshead that produced a very fine and straightforward malt with all sorts of fruits. The depicted cask lid is not included in the delivery and is for illustration purposes only. The whisky will only be sold to persons aged 18 years or older. Age verification will be conducted upon delivery by checking the ID.
