Volume: 0.05 litres | Alcohol content: 43% | Chill filtration: Yes | Colouring: Yes
Special Features:
This 0.05-litre miniature contains Tomatin 12 Year Old Triple Cask at 43%. The Highland single malt matures for twelve years in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, as well as traditional or refill Scotch whisky casks.
Heather, pine and cedarwood lead into caramel cream, apple, pear and mango. A full-bodied, buttery finish rounds off its smooth, fruity character.
This distillery bottling is chill-filtered and contains added colouring.
Tasting Notes:
Distillery/Bottler:
Tomatin Distillery was founded in the Scottish Highlands in 1897. The distillery uses soft water from the Alt-na-Frith spring and tall, slender stills to produce its smooth, fruity spirit. This miniature is a distillery bottling from Tomatin.
