The name Triple Cask makes the cask composition of this twelve-year-old single malt immediately clear: the whisky matures in ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and refill casks used for Scotch whisky and is bottled at 43%. Tomatin introduced the name in 2026 together with new woodgrain-inspired packaging; the contents remain the same as the established twelve-year-old Tomatin Single Malt.
The whisky combines apple, pear and mango with crème caramel. Heather, pine and cedarwood provide a drier floral, herbal and woody framework. This gives the approachable fruitiness additional depth while preserving its soft Highland character.

Tomatin Distillery produces and bottles this single malt itself. Founded in 1897, the distillery is located in the Scottish Highlands, around 16 miles south of Inverness.
Tomatin uses soft water from the Alt-na-Frith spring and tall, slender stills to create its soft, fruit-forward new make spirit. This distillery character forms the foundation for the subsequent maturation in the three cask groups.
