Tasting Notes:
- Nose: The nose presents an aromatic pastry profile with brioche and buttery dough, complemented by baked apples and blueberry pastries. Toffee notes from the sherry join in, accompanied by nutty hints and a bright, lemony note.
- Palate: On the palate, deep malty notes unfold, mixed with blueberries and dates, as well as vanilla cookies and dark, baked pastries. Gentle baking spices like nutmeg and pepper round off the tasting experience, while in the background, apricots and a fragrant oak note resonate.
