Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Inviting aromas of dried apricots, peach compote, and cinnamon, accompanied by vanilla, light raisins, and a hint of hazelnut brittle.
• Palate: Strong and balanced with malty sweetness, baking spices, citrus oil, and fine oak spice. The first-fill Amontillado Sherry hogshead adds depth and dried fruit character, while the bourbon cask provides toffee, bright fruits, and structure. A touch of nutmeg, caramel, and roasted almonds rounds off the tasting experience.
