Limited to 1,800 bottles, this edition combines 37% peated Ardnamurchan single malt from a sherry butt, 16% Lochlea single malt from a first-fill bourbon barrel, 15% Nc'nean single malt from a first-fill bourbon barrel, 18% peated Raasay single malt from a Chinkapin oak cask and 14% Port Dundas grain whisky from a refill bourbon cask.

The profile combines coastal smoke and sweetness with a waxy texture and cask spice. The whisky is bottled at 53%; it is non-chill filtered and contains no added colouring.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: The nose brings together salty sea spray, marshmallows toasted over a campfire and a savoury note of honey-glazed ham.
• Palate: The whisky has a waxy texture on the palate. Teriyaki beef and smoky bacon appear first, followed by apple pie with cream, crème brûlée, ginger and pepper.
• Finish: Peach and barley biscuit linger through the creamy finish.

Distillery/Bottler:

Turntable Blending House was founded in Glasgow in 2023 by brothers Gordon and Alasdair Stevenson. The company focuses on blended whiskies, working with selected spirits and different types of cask maturation. For this edition, Turntable composed the blend and bottled the whisky; the disclosed proportions clearly identify the origins of the four single malts and the Port Dundas grain whisky.
