Special Features:

Collaboration Drop 01 is the result of a partnership between Turntable Spirits and Australia’s Starward Distillery. This international blended whisky comprises 39% Starward whisky from Australian red wine casks, 10% Caol Ila from first-fill bourbon casks, 29% Inchgower from virgin oak casks and 22% North British grain whisky from virgin oak casks. The limited release was bottled in 2023. Special ink makes parts of the label glow in the dark.

Red berries, peach and coconut contrast with campfire smoke, wood smoke, tobacco and spicy oak. A sea breeze adds a maritime dimension, while dark chocolate deepens the finish.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: On the nose, campfire smoke and tobacco meet candied red fruit, raspberry, rhubarb, apple compote and nectarine, with sandalwood adding to the woody aromas.
• Palate: On the palate, wood smoke combines with peach and redcurrant, while fennel and oak spice add spicy accents.
• Finish: The medium-length finish brings together dark chocolate, wood polish and campfire smoke.

Distillery/Bottler:

Turntable Spirits is the blending house of two brothers who bring more than 20 years of combined experience. It composes its whiskies in small batches, focusing on the selection of high-quality spirits and casks. Turntable Spirits partnered with Starward for Collaboration Drop 01 and was also responsible for bottling the whisky.
