UNDONE No.8 Little French Aperitif is an alcohol-free alternative to the classic French wine aperitif. Its recipe includes wine distillate, alcohol-free wine and natural flavourings. Invert sugar syrup and citric acid add sweetness and acidity to the blend. Its herbal character is complemented by citrus notes and a honey-sweet peach aroma. The unmixed product contains less than 0.3% alcohol; residual traces of alcohol may be present. It is not suitable for people who must or choose to avoid alcohol entirely, even in trace amounts.

The 0.7-litre bottle provides a base for alcohol-free cocktails and long drinks. To make a Wild Berry Delight, combine No.8 over ice with wild berry lemonade and fresh lime juice, then add a lime wedge and blueberries. Once opened, the bottle should be stored in a cool place and used within twelve weeks. This offer is sold as a best-before-date item.

UNDONE was founded in 2018 by André and Mehmet. André brought experience from the spirits industry, while Mehmet came from the worlds of coffee and sport. Together, they wanted to develop alcohol-free alternatives for bar culture. In 2019, they presented the brand at Bar Convent Brooklyn in New York. The products are developed in Hamburg and made in Germany.

UNDONE’s production approach starts with alcoholic drinks from which the alcohol is removed. Its patented process captures their aromatic essence, while added sweetness and acidity tailor the alcohol-free alternatives for mixing. No.8 is manufactured by Cranehouse GmbH.
