Vallein Tercinier Pineau des Charentes "Reste des Anges" 17.4%

Special features: This extraordinary Pineau des Charentes was distilled in 1997 by the renowned Vallein-Tercinier family and aged for over 20 years in French oak barrels. The name "Reste des Anges" (translated: "What the angels left behind") refers to the portion that evaporated during aging and was thus left to the angels. With a limited bottling of 1,860 bottles, this noble drop is a true collector's item.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nose: Inviting aromas of fresh mint, almonds, and walnuts, accompanied by subtle herbal notes.
  • Palate: Full-bodied and complex with flavor notes of dried apricots, figs, and candied orange peels, underlined by nutty nuances.
  • Finish: Long-lasting and smooth, with a harmonious interplay of dried fruits, nuts, and a subtle wood spice.

Distillery/Bottler: The Vallein-Tercinier family has over 500 years of tradition in the production of Cognac and Pineau des Charentes. With dedication and expertise, they produce high-quality spirits in Chermignac, France, which are valued for their quality and authenticity.
