Special features: Batch 318 is the sixth release in Wolfburn's "Small Batch Release" series. This lightly peated single malt was matured in a balanced combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks, providing a subtle, spicy sherry note with a subtle hint of peat smoke. The deliberate restraint of sherry sweetness gives the whisky a balanced complexity without being overpowering.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Fruity with notes of figs and apricots, underpinned by gentle peat smoke spice.
• Palate: Honey-sweetened porridge, harmoniously combined with spices such as cinnamon and ginger and a subtle note of sherry.
• Finish: Dry fruits with a hint of caramel and a long-lasting, fine peat smoke.
