Special Features:

For its Café Liqueur, Zuidam combines Arabica coffee beans with real vanilla from Madagascar and French Cognac. The coffee extract is drawn off only after six to nine months and then made into liqueur. It gives the liqueur both its pronounced coffee flavour and its dark colour. No added fragrances, colourings or flavourings are used.

The full espresso flavour makes this liqueur a suitable accompaniment to coffee. It can be enjoyed neat or over ice, poured over ice cream or used in desserts. It also works in cocktails such as the Espresso Martini and White Russian. The bottle contains 0.7 litres at 24% alcohol.

Distillery/Bottler:

Zuidam Distillers is an independent family business in Baarle-Nassau in the Netherlands, now run by the second generation. The distillery produces its distillates and extracts in-house and processes them further on site. Natural raw materials form the basis of its range, which includes liqueurs as well as Genever, gin, rum, vodka and Millstone Whisky.
