Mom's Homemade Limoncello is based on a recipe by Helene van Zuidam, who used to make a small quantity each year exclusively for her family. Carefully selected lemons are peeled by hand for the liqueur. A few limes and a hint of bergamot complement the lemons, adding further aromatic nuances to the recipe.
The liqueur contains 30% alcohol and comes in a bottle containing 0.7 litres. Its flavour combines fresh citrus peel with a soft, smooth mouthfeel. No colouring is added.
