Flor de Caña Gran Reserva matures for seven years in American white oak casks at the foot of an active volcano in Nicaragua. This full-bodied rum contains no added sugar or artificial ingredients. Bottled at 40% alcohol, it is suited to long drinks with soda water or ginger ale, as well as drinking over ice.

The bottle design introduced in 2026 reflects the brand's volcanic origins and five generations of family history. The rum itself remains unchanged by this redesign. This version contains 0.7 litres and is offered without gift packaging.

Distillery/Bottler:

The history of Flor de Caña began in 1890, when Alfredo Francisco Pellas Canessa founded a distillery at the foot of San Cristóbal, Nicaragua's highest and most active volcano. Now in its fifth generation, the Pellas family remains involved in production on the same estate.

Flor de Caña uses renewable energy for distillation. The CO₂ generated during fermentation is captured and reused, while bottling uses solar energy. The brand is certified carbon neutral, with emissions offset throughout the entire life cycle, from cultivation to marketing.
