It is unadulterated, without coloring, and not chill-filtered, which underscores its authenticity.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: A fruity bouquet with aromas of yellow peach, mango, and candied pineapple, accompanied by notes of honey, yeast, fresh bread, and old wood. Floral nuances round off the profile.
- Palate: Tropical fruits like papaya and unripe pear meet white pepper, vanilla, and fine wood spices. Roasted aromas of honey-glazed nuts provide depth.
- Finish: Medium-long with green apples, pineapple, delicate raisins, and a slight bitterness. Vanilla cookie, leather, and dry oak form the conclusion.
