Rumbazamba Caramel Toffee combines rum with caramel, toffee and vanilla, alongside a delicate spicy note. Creamy toffee flavours and pronounced sweetness give this bottling its dessert-like character. It contains 40% alcohol and comes in a 0.5-litre bottle.

The vegan recipe is handcrafted without artificial additives. The spirit can be enjoyed neat at room temperature, over ice or in cocktails.

Distillery/Bottler:

Rumbazamba Caramel Toffee is made for Böser Kater at Edelobstbrennerei Schleihauf in Eppingen. Behind the brand is Adrian Clausing, who took over the family business as its third-generation owner. The family has been making spirits by hand for more than four decades. Initially, the focus was on liqueurs and fruit brandies made from fruit grown in local orchards; Clausing first expanded the range with his own gin recipes.

Natural Elixsir GmbH operates the Böser Kater brand shop. Its own production facility, completed in 2025, provides larger production and storage areas to support further development of the range. An event room also allows tastings to be held on site.

Clausing's tomcat Rüdiger inspired the brand name. This connection also led to a commitment to cat welfare: Böser Kater donates to its partner organisations with every bottle sold.
