Special features: For this unusual Crab Apple Gin Liqueur, locally grown crab apples are soaked in Bertha's Revenge Gin for several months. The liqueur is then refined with local honey, raw cane sugar, and cloves before being filtered and bottled. Some of the fruit comes directly from the distillery's estate, Ballyvolane House, and from a crab apple farmer in the Cappoquin area. The combination of gin and liqueur offers versatile enjoyment, whether enjoyed neat or as a cocktail base.

Distillery/Bottler: Bertha's Revenge originates from County Cork, Ireland. Founders Justin and Andrew developed the idea for this gin in London, inspired by the Irish tradition of distilling spirits from whey. After much experimentation and small batch production, the distillery officially launched in 2015 with the release of Batch No. 19. The unique whey base gives the gin its distinctive character and makes it the perfect foundation for this Crab Apple Liqueur.
