Special features: Black OPS is a special blended Irish whiskey from Kinsale, first matured in bourbon and sherry casks. It was then finished in heavily charred bourbon casks, giving it a subtle smoky note and a deep, dark brown color. Despite its intense color, the whiskey is free from artificial coloring and chill filtration, underscoring its authenticity.

Distillery/Bottler: Blacks Brewery and Distillery is located in the charming port town of Kinsale on Ireland's south coast. Founded by Sam Black and his wife, whiskey distilling only began here in 2020. To date, the whiskey has been supplemented with purchased spirits, combining traditional Irish blending with experimental finishing phases in various cask types.
