BrewDog Abstract Raspberry & Mexican Lime Vodka

Volume: 0.7 litres | Alcohol content: 38% | Chill filtration: Yes | Colouring: No

Special Features:

Raspberry meets lime in this fruit-forward expression from the Abstrakt range: the berry character recalls jam, while citrus notes provide a fresh contrast. The vodka is distilled five times in custom-made copper stills and bottled at 38% in a 0.7-litre bottle.

Abstrakt Raspberry & Lime can be enjoyed neat or used in mixed drinks and cocktails. Its pink and green label reflects the brand’s abstract visual identity. A QR code on the bottle links to cocktail ideas.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: On the nose, fresh raspberries mingle with lively lime notes.
• Palate: The palate opens with fruity sweetness, followed by a refreshing citrus note that lingers.
• Finish: The finish is lightly creamy, leaving delicate notes of vanilla and icing sugar.

Distillery/Bottler:

BrewDog Distilling Co. is based in Ellon, Aberdeenshire, Scotland, and makes the base spirit for Abstrakt itself. The process involves extensive copper contact and a copper still with three vertically stacked bulges, known as the Triple-Bubble Pot Still. Over a period of seven days, alcohol vapour passes through the still and the subsequent 19-metre rectification column, where the alcohol is further purified.

For the Abstrakt range, BrewDog limits the subsequent filtration to a single pass. Alongside the Original, the range includes flavoured expressions with raspberry and lime, watermelon and strawberry, and Madagascan vanilla and toasted marshmallow.
