Special features: This strictly limited edition from 2023 is an emblematic example of the artisanal craft of the Bruichladdich distillery. The 24-year-old single malt matured in a secret combination of oak casks, the composition of which is known only to Head Distiller Adam Hannett. Despite its Islay origin, the whisky is unpeated, allowing its complex and elegant aromas to shine through. The bottling is done in a natural way, without chill filtration and color additives, and is presented in a stylish metal tube.
Tasting Notes:
- Nose: Ripe dark fruits, caramel, roasted nuts, fine spices, as well as subtle honey and vanilla notes.
- Palate: Layered play of dark chocolate, figs, oak wood, and dried fruits, accompanied by sweet caramel and spice nuances.
- Finish: Long and elegant with hints of oak spice, dark berries, and a touch of espresso.
